I am enjoying the Love – E (A) exercise, especially at the end of the school year when it is easy to give too much and try to do too much. By incorporating this exercise into my Eurythmy practice I am finding more balance in my life. I still give of my self, my time, and my energy to others, but I set healthy boundaries now so that I don’t overextend myself. What a healthy way to live! Thank you, Cynthia.
