The festival season of Michael lasts for the four Sundays that follow September 29: in this year this means until October 25. Due to my workshop commitments in the Boston area in the beginning of October, we have only two Thursdays in the Michaelmas season to deepen ourselves in our contemplations of his work: October 15 and 22. Michael has been known to humanity for thousands of years. In these world days, he is known as the Countenance of Christ, and the guiding spirit of our current age. In this role, he will never compel us to any actions, for his deepest commitment is to respect our human freedom. He silently indicates to us the paths of free will, through which we participate in becoming True Human Beings, worthy of the gift of life we have been given. This new True Human Being exists now only as a possibility, and will come into being through our deeds of love and morality. This is the task of our present Michael age, taking place in the midst of this powerful age of technological advances. Join us for these two Thursday evening talks, in which we will focus on how Michael stands with us in these challenging world days. Thursdays, October 15 and 22 6-7:15 PM PST Registration required: all registrants will receive a recording of each lesson No paywall: donations of $10-$30/ session suggested
