Spiritual Physiology

As we descend into birth from the Macrocosm, we are endowed with forces from the planets and the constellations. These are “imprinted” into our etheric body as mobile, dynamic forces that enable our spirit to take its place in the material temple of the body. Throughout our lives, the interaction of Life and Matter, of the Etheric and the Physical bodies determine our vitality and well-being. Sun Forces are thus imprinted into the organ of the heart and its functions, while Liver Forces are connected to the great planet Jupiter. Eurythmy offers us a unique practice whereby we may practice the formative Logos-forces that weave health and order into the life-process of our body. In this series, we will work with the consonants and the vowels as archetypes for our 7 major organs.
