In 1923, Rudolf Steiner spoke an extraordinary meditation known as the “Foundation Stone Meditation,” which reveals the deepest esoteric truths of the human being, our microcosmic being and our relationship to the divine-cosmic beings who are our macrocosmic source and home. The last part of that meditation is called the “Fourth Panel,” which calls upon the human being to cultivate a relationship to divine warmth in the heart and divine light in the head so that we may be able to do deeds of love and strength. I am honored to have been able to develop a personal eurythmy form for this verse, and I present it in this video, so that you may integrate it into your own daily personal practice.
