In this lesson, I taught the series of 5 sounds given for the "Hayfever Series." In the next two weeks I will deepen them with a study of  the sounds and the elements for each, their "colors," and their respective zodiacal sing. We will also how to change them from their artistic presentation for therapeutic effectiveness.

In this, the second of three lessons in the Therapeutic Eurythmy series for Allergy Support, I presented the perspective and practice of how to work with sounds differently when we are working with the microcosm of our own body. Instead of doing sounds large and powerfully to change a whole room, we reverse our intention and direct our formative forces toward our own body.

This was a huge finale for the work we have been building this spring, beginning with a study of embryology and sacred physiology, continuing with a study of the colors and the eurythmy figures, and ending with an immersion into a wonderful eurythmy therapy sequence.
