This is the 3rd of 4 Eurythmy webinars created for the 2022 Advent season. This year, we are studying vowels and building a eurythmy form for the Winter Solstice verse from Rudolf Steiner's Calendar of the Soul verses.
This is the second of four lessons for this Advent season, created with the aim to give you a simple practice of vowels and poetry to cultivate moments of peace and groundedness during this sacred season. We worked on the Peace Exercise, contraction/Expansion, vowels (with a form), and the Calendar of the Soul verse for winter solstice.
This is the first of 4 webinars created for the Advent Season, 2022. These lessons create a personal practice to cultivate moments of peace, grounding and simplicity in this most sacred season, the dark time of the year. This lesson contains the Peace Exercise, Contraction/ expansion, an exploration of Darkness and Light, and the sounds, L,M,B, ah, ā,ē. We also practiced a simple eurythmy verse of blessing and the Halleluiah.
