This is the 3rd of 5 classes on deepening, all of which are aimed and gathering all of the many exercises from the past year and reviewing how to integrate them into a daily practice. Today we reviewed three rod exercises and also the 7 vowels from the Mystery of Ephesus.

Deepening Your Practice – Part 4

In this class, we reviewed the eurythmy gestures for the seven planets and their corresponding vowels, working with the verse called "The Mystery of Ephesus by Rudolf Steiner, which describes in powerful language how the living forces of the planets are imprinted as formative forces in our etheric body and as soul archetypes in our astral body.
