We continued the study of strengthening, grounding and focusing exerices with this lesson. New elements include: "Steadfast I place myself in existence," the 12fold rod exercise (with form), 5 primary vowels on a pentagram, and a new vers for Michaelmas.

In this lesson, we continued with the grounding and centering exercises we have been developing, and added a new practice with a selection of consonants to use with the short Michaelmas poem.

In this, the fourth class of this series, we introduced Michael poems to be done for the three rod exercises, and also deepened the 3-stanza Michael poem we are working with, focusing on the formative forces of the consonants.
