This is the second of 4 beautiful lessons with Barbara, in which her gentle guidance teach a soothing and strengthening practice for you to be calm, grounded and filled with soul warmth. In this class, Barbara deepens your work with a poem by Rudolf Steiner, accompanied by vowels and consonants in Eurythmy.
Barbara continues her work with a beautiful verse by Rudolf Steiner, deepening our practice ever further by adding more sounds and a further variation on the form she is teaching.
With this fourth and final lesson, Barbara completes her winter series with her beautifully gentle grace and kindness. Her work has bestowed wonderful blessings upon us all.
