The Fourth Panel of the Foundation Stone
This is the first of a four-part series in which we develop a personal eurythmy form for the first panel of the Fourth "Panel" of the Foundation Stone Meditation, created and taught as a meditative practice for the modern world by Rudolf Steiner in 1923. This study commemorates the 100th anniversary of Rudolf Steiner's death on March 30, 1925.
This is the second lesson in a four-part webinar in which I present a personal eurythmy form to be done for the fourth panel of the beautiful foundation stone meditation. Today we worked very intensively on developing the elements of the choreography,working with straight lines forwards (into the sense world), backwards (towards spirit), right and left, and then with lemniscates and spiral and pentagrams. These forms together create a scaffolding for the choreography of the foundation stone.
This is the third of four lessons that teach a solo eurythmy form for you to add to your personal eurythmy practice. Today we focused on the L and the M, (Light and Warmth), and also on the form and gesture for the secnd half of the verse.
This is the fourth and culminating lesson of this series, which offeres to all a solo path for practicing the fourth panel of the foundation stone meditation. The daily practice of this verse offers deep sources of spiritual and etheric health, grounding and rejuvenation! The final review of the form takes place at minute 45 in this lesson.
