The Two Jesus Children
This is the second of three talks about the deep mysteries of Christmas, focusing on the birth of the child described in the Gospel of Luke. He is often referred to the "Nathan child," because his lineage traces back to Nathan, one of the two sons of David. This child was adored by the shepherds and praised by the angels, and can be called the "primordial soul of humanity."
In tonight's class, we turned our attention specifically to the nature of the Solomon Jesus, the Child who was the bearer of the Selfhood of Zarathustra, and the great teachers of the mysteries of the Spirit of the Sun who was to appear on earth as Christ.
Jesus, the man who would become the carrier of the Cosmic Christ being on earth, was a divinely prepared event. In his life, two persons were woven together to form a unique vessel into which Christ could incarnate. This three part series will describe the discrepancies between the story of the "Solomon Jesus" described by Matthew, and the "Nathan Jesus" described by Luke, and then offer a deeper understanding of both streams. This first talk serves as an introduction of the topic.
