Thinking, Feeling and Willing in Eurythmy – Part 1
This is the first of a four part series that will explore the virtues of Thinking, feeling and willing in eurythmy. These three soul qualities of all work differently in our eurythmy, are expressed and unfold differently in movement, and develop our souls in distinct ways. Through immersing ourselves in this fascinating study, we develop our own self-knowledge and soul work. In this first class, we worked on warmup exercises, learned how to work with the body zones (heart, heard, limbs) that correspond to the three faculties, explored how to use specific gestures of the head and gaze, and focused on one special form as an expression of the Will. We concluded with the health-bringing Soul Exercise "Ah Reverence."

Thinking, Feeling and Willing in Eurythmy – Part 3
Building on the practices developed in the past 2 lessons, this week we added a poetic experience for how to express a poem for Feeling in eurythmy. We also presented the entire form for the integrative poem "To Wonder at Beauty," which will be developed in its entirety in Week 4.
Thinking, Feeling and Willing in Eurythmy – Part 4
In this, the fourth and final lesson in the series, we reviewed all the experiences contained in this series that explores how eurythmy reveals the different qualities of thinking, feeling and willing in our bodies. In this final class, we integrated all the previous experiences into a study of "To Wonder at Beauty," a poem that integrates all three soul qualities into a verse to inspire the cultivation of virtues.
